Policy 

Lesson requests submitted through the website will be confirmed via email.  Until you receive a confirmation email the lesson is not confirmed. Lessons availability is subject to change. 

All confirmed booking will receive a confirmation email 24 hours prior to the reservation.  If you need to cancel an booking please do so 24 hours prior to lesson time.  Any no-show is subject to a 50% charge of the price. We charge a 50% cancellation fee because the lessons slots are precooked and the trainer is at the barn waiting for you with horses already prepared. The trainer is with the horses and is not checking messages so it's hard to get a last minute change in. 

 

Any lesson canceled by Tullin Ranch due to weather or availability of horses is not subject to a fee.

Prior to the lesson everyone who rides must sign a release form.  No-one is allowed to ride without signing the from.

Children's Riding Lessons. Young children who are first timer may become nervous and change their mind about riding. The trainer works with them through their fears by starting with grooming and feeding.  If a child does not ride during their scheduled booking the lesson must be paid for.  The trainer will work with the child to alleviate any fears for future visits with horses. It does take smaller children some time to get comfortable.
